Penthouse Advisors INC., Inspects all the Restaurants and Food Markets, Located on the Commercial Property preparing food and drinks for Public Consumption for Visible signs of Fermin Infestation, a serious health hazard. Penthouse Advisors INC., watches very closely the Cooks and Food Servers for not keeping the Food Prep Areas and Restaurant Kitchen spotless after preparing food for “Public Consumption”. Violating Health Department Compliance Guidelines by never washing vegetables prior to slicing, contaminating food products by never wiping down the food prep table surfaces and equipment or using a filthy, dirty, soiled rag. Never changing their gloves after returning to the Kitchen or Food Prep Area before handling food. Food storage and sanitation practices are not followed to minimize a continued risk of Fermin infestation in full Compliance with Health Department regulations. Maintaining a safe dining environment is not practiced. Note, this sloppy, lazy Restaurant Cook and Server behavior adds to Fermin Infestation. We Advise and Consult the Restaurant and Food Market Tenants on how to improve the preparation of food and drinks for Public Consumption and we advise taking a new, food handers training course for certification.
