Our Hand Crafted blueprints are included with our $2,700 Health Department Pre-Inspection Fee.
Important Note: Blueprint stamping is required by Health Department Plan-Check before any remodeling, alterations, moving equipment under the Hood, changing the floor plan in any way commences. Restaurant Owners are required to brief Penthouse Advisors INC., on what alteration work was made.

3. WARNING! HEALTH DEPARTMENT CODE COMPLIANCE: RESTAURANT REMODELING, CHANGING EQUIPMENT LINE UNDER THE HOOD, “PRIOR TO” SITE INSPECTIONS IS FORBIDDEN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PLAY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR STUPID.
- FORBIDDEN: Service Counters, can not be updated, changed or modified in any way.
- FORBIDDEN: Exposed Wood surfaces on Restaurant Kitchen Serving Counters, Shelving, Dry Storage, inside the Walk-in Refrigerator or Freezer are Banned. Wood breads bacteria, therefore it is not permissible.
- FORBIDDEN: Existing walls can not be moved, or built-out.
- FORBIDDEN: Gas Equipment under the Hood, can not be updated with newly installed equipment or moved.
- FORBIDDEN: Equipment fueled by Natural Gas under the Hood installed by non licensed plumbers. Only a C-36 Licensed Plumber pulling an express plumbing permit followed by Building and Safety signoff for Health Department Plan-Check approval is allowed.
- FORBIDDEN: Equipment can not be installed without NSF us/URL sanitized labels.

4. The Penthouse Advisors INC., Initial Health Department Inspection Covers the Below:
- Restaurant Health Dept., Pre-Inspections for any and all equipment installed under the Hood, changing the floor plan, change of Ownership, Equipment Red Tagged.
- Review of the Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment “attached and non attached” for working condition.
- Health Department Code approved labeling on all Kitchen equipment, “NSF us or URL sanitized”.
- The grease interceptor, grease trap, or grandfather allowed grease barrels.
- Hood inspection stickers to date.
- Fire Extinguishers, Silver and Red tags to date.
- Hood Filters, Hood Exhaust Shaft, Cable Links.
- Hood Return air motor on Roof.
- HVAC Blowing Cold.
