Upon reviewing the Location to service, the Menu and affordable Rent, Zelle Penthouse Advisors INC., $3,775. Upon receiving the Funds we will email an invoice, balance zero. 

STEP 1. The Start of our Restaurant, Door-Knocking, Off-Market Campaign will commence. We will contact all the Open Restaurant Owners and Landlords stuck with vacant, equipped, second generation Restaurants in the desired area of your choice. We will only speak with the Restaurant Owners (never a manager or employee) about relocating, not exercise a lease Option if coming due, interested having their Lease obligations and Responsibilities removed by our Client, called an Assignment of lease, if on a month to month tenancy and ready to quit, we request for permission to contact the Property Owner and explain their lease situation before requesting a new lease application for our qualified Restaurant Operator.

STEP 2. Once a Restaurant is located and approved by our client, we perform a Health Department Pre-Inspection for code compliance issues.

STEP 3. We are top Lease negotiations with the Landlord or Property Manager.

STEP 4. We supply Hand Drafted Blueprints required by Health Department Plan-Check are included in the $3,775 fee.

STEP 5. All repairs, code compliance up grades, permits pulled are performed by our Licensed GC.

STEP 6. We follow up with Health Department Sit Inspection appointments by the assigned inspector for Permit issuance.
