HEALTH DEPARTMENT CODE PRE-INSPECTIONS & PERMIT EXPEDITING: $3,500

Penthouse House Advisors INC., performs the following work to receive Plan-Check approval and Health Department permit issuance.

Health Department Pre-Inspection of the existing premises: All non attached and attached equipment FF&E to include if and when applicable, submission to Health Department Plan Check Blueprints “ie” Floor Plan, Site plan, Elevated Ceiling plan.

Note: When removing and or reinstalling any and all attached counters (wood prohibited), washable walling behind counters (mandatory), smooth flooring under all sinks (mandatory), cove moldings 4″ high, floor sinks with drain pipes 2″ above floor (mandatory), etc., a new floorplan must be drafted for Health Department Plan Check prior to any and all work performed. (Grandfather protections can be broken upon such work).

Upon submission approval of all Forms, Entity Documentation, Licenses, Permits, and Menu, a final inspection appointment with the assigned Health Department inspector is made, followed by Health Department Plan Check Stamping Blueprints, Open For Business.
