Restaurants, Bars, Food Markets with deli-prep service areas requiring Permits, Open for Business: Penthouse Advisors INC., recommends a licensed engineer to bid on drafting the required Blue Prints. Once the bid is approved, a sample/rough floor plan is drafted and personally delivered by Penthouse Advisors INC., to Health Department-Plan Check, for Code compliance, corrections and approval. Upon acceptance of the floor plan, Blueprints are drafted for print and submitted to LADBS for “change of use” if and when required, followed by Penthouse Advisors INC., submittal to Building and safety for Blueprint review, correction inspections and sign off. At buildout Completion, Penthouse Advisors INC., performs a pre-Health Department-Plan Check inspection to ensure issuance of the permit before calling-in the Final inspection, Open for Business.
Penthouse Advisors INC., can be additionally retained as the Project and Construction Supervisor, if and when required.
