Our goal is to Open and Close Escrow within 30 days after all Negotiations on the purchase price are accepted and agreed to, all information about the House/Condo, Property or Association and neighborhood have been disclosed and cleared by the Buyer, followed by our Contract Supervisor preparing all contracts and agreements for signature, submitted to Escrow.
