Not Including Escrow, Closing Costs, Commissions. Note: Existing Hard Alcohol “type 47” Licenses can only be “Sold” Person to Person and Premises to Premises.
• Payment to Los Angeles Counties Conditional Use Beverage Permit: $6,418.59 ($6,418.14 plus Processing $0.45)
• Note: Los Angeles County created the “Restaurant Beverage Program: Bypassing the required Conditional Use Beverage Permit (CUB) takes place within 6 weeks. This program avoids undergoing a detailed review process, public hearings before the Planning Commission to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages if and when the proposed “use” potentially impacts the surrounding community.
