- $85,000 to $110,000 to Purchase an existing Type 47 Liquor License, transferable, plus Escrow fees & Commissions.
- $2,900 Mailing Labels designated to all residents within a Five Hundred (500) foot radius of the establishment, processing the prof of mailing to the State, Envelops, Paper, Stamps, Inc Cartages.

- $85,000 to $110,000 to Purchase an existing Type 47 Liquor License, transferable, plus Escrow fees & Commissions.

RBP Note: Los Angeles County created the “Restaurant Beverage Program “RBP” to help out Restaurant Owners when Conditional Use Beverage Permits (CUB) were absent or expired, preventing the expensive costs and undergoing the 8-12 month detailed review process, public hearings before the Planning Commission to sell & dispense alcoholic beverages if and when the proposed “USE” potentially impacts the surrounding community.
